Who better to dish out the inside scoop that the best friend himself!

It has been more than a week since his wife Luciana gave birth to their daughter Gia. And old buddy Ben Affleck reveals that not only is new dad Matt Damon adept at diaper duty, he can twiddle his thumbs text messaging too.

"I've kind of been texting him back and forth, and he's doing great and [wife] Lucy is doing great," Affleck shared to People Magazine at the Democratic National Convention.

"Anybody who has a child is excited, I think, no matter what the gender is. They are thrilled," says Affleck of how Damon’s being the one man out in his all-female home, "The thing that people really want, when you get down to it, is a healthy child."
