Snoop to Go Down Under

Snoop Dogg has set his sights on conquering the world down under, as he plans a concert tour in Australia this October with Ice Cube, OK! Magazine reports. However, there is one teensy, tiny problem – he has to get a visa.

As the Associated Press has reported, the rap star has withdrawn his application for an Aussie visa last year after he pled no contest to drug charges. Now the Aussie government has to decide the eligibility of Snopp, aka Cordozar Calvin Broadus Jr., of the visa grant.

''The department has now decided to do a full assessment of the character of Mr. Broadus, and the department has begun this assessment,'' said a spokesman for the Australian embassy.
