Trisha Yearwood Survives Plane Malfunction Scare
“How do I live?” Trisha Yearwood may have asked 30,000 feet up in the air.

As the country star was on her way back to her home base in Oklahoma after a 3-day walk to benefit the Susan G. Komen breast cancer foundation, the airplane that she was riding experienced quite a serious malfunction.

As Yearwood recounted, passengers heard a sound "almost like a gunshot" after about an hour of flight. Turns out, it was a crack from the front left window of the plane.

"The flight attendant came back and told us to remain calm," Yearwood told People Magazine, "That's when we saw the two pilots with the oxygen masks on. Hearing them breathe like Darth Vader made it a little harder to stay calm."
