Mitch Winehouse is furious.

He claims that his daughter’s emergency room episode was courtesy of a pal who spiked the singer’s drink with ecstasy.

The Sun reports that he vowed to go after whoever was accountable for lacing her drink with E, which allegedly sent his daughter into seizures.

According to an unidentified source, Mitch is certain that one of her friends "hangers-on spiked Amy’s drink and that he’s waiting for a toxicology report to show what caused her to fit.”

The insider continues, “If his suspicions are proved right, he wants someone to be punished. He is seriously unhappy about Amy’s flat being a stop-over for randoms and wants an end to it.”

However, The Mirror has a different version. It says that prior to the convulsions, the Rehab singer necked dozens of shots of rum then popped eleven various prescription meds.

The Brit publication quoted a pal as saying, "Amy was downing the neat spirit as part of a card game and generally having a great time with her mates at her flat.

"But the problems started when she then took her medication - all 11 tablets - and all hell broke loose.

"She clutched her stomach and was in such agony that everyone genuinely feared the worst."

Earth to Mitch… Don’t you know that Amy has been caught more than once by the media in situations where she appeared to be consuming her vitamins drugs?

So this means that she is rather capable of inflicting harm on herself like she has been doing for a long time now, thank you.

But of course, there’s always the possibility that someone played a cruel, mean joke.
