The Beckham has heralded his writing expertise through his blog, showing that he can do something productive with words.

It seems that Beckham, who's famously known for kicking balls the professional way, found it delightful that the public found his billboard posters delightful.

On his blog, he revealed that he was genuinely amazed by his gigantic Armani ads that got total exposure in San Francisco. He was probably amazed at the wonders of Photoshop.

He writes on his online journal, "To be honest I was amazed by the huge billboard poster outside Macy's department store, but even more amazed by the amount of people who turned up to see it!"

He goes on, “I'm always surprised by the amount of attention certain things create, but the attention this campaign has created is pretty incredible. It was great to meet some of the people who'd come out."

Come out. Just the word for the “gay capital of the world” where a lot of folks actually “come out” on a regular basis.
